At Dreamcore, we want you to love what you shop with us. While all our products go through a strict quality check before dispatch, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received (different from what was ordered).

  • Wrong size or color delivered.

  • Defective or damaged product received.

📌 Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at [your support email/contact] with your order details and clear images of the issue.


🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products without original tags, packaging, or accessories.

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

  • Returns requested after the 3-day window.


🔄 Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or request you to self-ship.

  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the replacement product (size/color as requested).


📦 Shipping for Returns

  • For eligible returns/exchanges, we will cover the reverse shipping cost (if serviceable in your area).

  • In cases where reverse pickup is not available, you may need to self-ship, and we will reimburse standard courier charges (on presenting the receipt).


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Dreamcore reserves the right to decline returns/exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.

  • Our policy is in line with standard Indian e-commerce practices.
