We only accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

🔄 Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or request you to self-ship.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the replacement product (size/color as requested).
📦 Shipping for Returns

For eligible returns/exchanges, we will cover the reverse shipping cost (if serviceable in your area).

In cases where reverse pickup is not available, you may need to self-ship, and we will reimburse standard courier charges (on presenting the receipt).
